Marco's Pizza - Suwanee

I placed an order here on November 17, 2022. The first dish I received was completely undercooked. I informed them, and they offered to remake it, but the second attempt was also raw. Then they mentioned that the oven was broken, yet they were still accepting orders from customers. I spoke to the shop manager about fixing the oven. I highly advise against ordering from this place unless you want to risk getting sick from raw food! The lady manager also had a terrible attitude.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they were probably just busy since it was a Friday night and couldn't answer the phone. But when I arrived, I found two employees: one was seated at a counter eating a whole pizza, and the other was casually transitioning between the counter and the work area, exuding the kind of nervous energy someone has when they’re trying to avoid getting caught slacking off. There was no sign of stress or a rush; their phone wasn’t ringing off the hook at all. When she finally asked how she could help me, I showed her my phone, explaining that I'd been on hold with their store for quite a while. Her response? “Oh, that’s strange.” She barely glanced at my phone but stretched out her arm as if she was trying to see why she hadn’t noticed my call. I showed her my receipt, which clearly stated no green bell peppers and no mushrooms, then opened the box to reveal a pizza so filled with green bell peppers it looked like the Hulk had exploded on it, and so many mushrooms that it would dwarf anything found in a Super Mario Bros game. She asked if I wanted my money back, and I said yes, but what I truly wanted back was the time I wasted trying to correct their mistake. Honestly, you can’t take calls or handle orders, and that’s costing you money. I won’t be ordering from here again. I might care less about how someone looks at a pizza place, but if you're going to hire people who seem like they've lost a round in tattoo roulette, at the very least, make sure they're competent enough to answer the phones and fulfill orders to basic standards. They’d rather lounge around than answer calls and do their jobs properly.

I really enjoyed the Supreme Pizza! The crust was fantastic, and I usually don't like crusts.

These guys rock compared to the place in Duluth. They are the utmost professionals. Good service. Good food. Good attitude. Can't ask for more. Can't wait to go back either
