Don?t bother with ordering online, they don?t start putting together your order until you get there. Then you will wait about 10 minutes, after which some jerk employee says you need to learn to be patient. Actually, I just need tolearn not to return to your store. Consider that lesson learned. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Was not told my order wasn?t able to be filled as ordered. Also, who needs 6 packs of hot sauce and 5 ketchup for a famousbowl and two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes? Oh, and it was 4:15 and I was the only person in the drive thru.

I pulled to the drive thru where no one was waiting before I could say anything more than I am picking up the person said nuh uh, you gotta come in for that . We went in and were told she was getting it started. No air inside, feel bad for the workers. They were carrying what appeared to be frozen water balloons to stay cool. Of the 5 employees one was scooping the sides together for our order. It took about 10 additional minutes to get the order together.We had ordered the Side Lovers 8 piece tenders meal with 4 biscuits a large mashed potatoes and gravy, large mac n cheese and fries. We added 2 more large mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 drinks. What we got was 8 small bits of dried up chicken, 3 mashed no gravy, burnt mac n cheese and 4 pancakes. I went back in to get the gravy and fries. They gave me one gravy and a half box of fries. They were not busy, but the dining room was dirty and the entire floor was sticky.I tried to be courteous and give them a 25 minute heads up as I know the service industry is really awful right now. It seems higher wages has led to a worse working environment and the need to hire sub par employees just to be able to have a body in the store. Needless to say we won 't be back.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a Sprite, while my sister and brother-in-law opted for the classic sandwiches. Everything we tried was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.

To make things worse, they had already started closing at 8:15 PM, despite their posted closing time of 10 PM. It only got more frustrating when the manager instructed the staff to ensure our order was the last one so they could leave. This all unfolded right in front of us.
