Steer clear of this restaurant! It’s best to just turn around and drive 2 miles east instead. I waited 10 minutes to place my order at the drive-thru, and there were no other cars in front of me. They managed to get every single order wrong, either messing up my coffee or failing to include the right donuts in the box. It’s simply not worth your time!
I visited this restaurant with my son, and I was really impressed that they made my drink exactly as I requested. It was incredibly delicious! It's that strawberry two-toned drink, although I can never remember its name.
I had a wonderful experience with customer service on Saturday morning, June 11, 2022, before noon. The staff member who helped me was exceptionally friendly, easy to converse with, and clearly knowledgeable about her role. I even mentioned to her that it was the BEST iced coffee I've ever had! I regret not remembering her name, as she truly deserves recognition for her effort in keeping the line moving and everything operating smoothly. The restaurant was clean, and I was impressed that she took the time to clear and wipe down the tables and arrange the chairs. Overall, it was a fantastic visit!
I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Liz at this restaurant. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and made my visit quite unpleasant. At first, I thought it might just be my perception, but then I witnessed her arguing with another customer in the drive-through. This customer mentioned that such incidents are common and they have ongoing issues with Liz. I found it very concerning. Today is my birthday, and I tried to redeem my birthday drink, but instead of a warm welcome, Liz yelled at me and created a scene, insisting that I couldn’t get it. It was truly a terrible experience.
It's Dunkin', so there's not much more to say. Some locations are excellent, while others fall short. Depending on luck, you might get a cup that tastes like pond water or a pretty decent coffee.
