Ordered $80 worth from DoorDash. 4 year old's meal was missing even though the bag was still sealed. They told us not much they can do, but we can drive back to pick it up. Fine, no problem. They said her meal would be ready when we got there. Then as we're pulling into the restaurant, they called back and claimed they put it in the bag and it's not their fault. I tried explaining to the order taker, whatever I'll take it up with DoorDash and pay for another but I need the meal, my daughter doesn't have a meal. She said she'd have to check with her manager. Take what up? I just take we'll pay for another, just as long as we can get my kid's meal. Asked them to rush it since we were already there to pick it up per their original instruction. Still had to wait over 15 minutes. Finally we got to the bottom of the issue and Leone's admitted to forgetting to make the calzone. No apology, just a lot of arguing with us and trying to get us to pay again. The place was highly unorganized as we were waiting for the food, no wonder something was missing. When we finally got everything, the food wasn't even that good. Fra Diavlo was bland and tasted like jarred sauce. Fish wasn't very fresh. Super poorly run front of house, no customer service skills from the manager.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was incredible and absolutely delicious. I ordered the Steak Cheese Calzone, and I highly recommend it. The atmosphere was fantastic, making it a perfect spot for a meal. This was my first visit, and it certainly did not disappoint!
