I had the worst customer experience at Dunkin' today. There were two employees at the drive-through who were moving very slowly and seemed to be preoccupied with counting. They never greeted me or acknowledged me when I was there, and the lack of service made for a really unpleasant experience. I am only giving one star because of the poor service.
