Located just a short walk away from the tree-lined driveway, Circa is Hunter Valley's most iconic restaurant set in a historic cottage on the beautiful Roscrea Estate. Offering a selection of exquisite Hunter Valley wines from an award-winning list, Circa also features the charming Champagne Lounge with a cozy open fire. Under Trent’s expert guidance, the restaurant has transitioned to providing two-course, three-course, and a five-course chef’s tasting menus. Signature dishes include Sesame Crusted Yellow Fin Tuna, Two Parts Duck, Wagyu MB rib eye for two, and a delectable Truffle Crème Brulee Foam. Circa truly embodies the ‘farm to fork’ philosophy, with guests overlooking the organic kitchen garden that supplies their ingredients.
