I want to thank Muse for an amazing evening. After traveling on a plane for the first time in ages and reuniting with friends we hadn't seen in years, Muse was the perfect place to celebrate our special occasion. The food was exceptional and every bite was outstanding. The aroma, flavor, and texture surpassed our expectations. The service was kind, pleasant, and just right - not overwhelming in any way. Thank you to Muse for helping create new, cherished memories for three friends.
I celebrated my 30th birthday with dinner at Muse and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The level of attention to detail and customer service exceeded my expectations. I started to feel cold during dinner and put on my jacket, but one staff member noticed and immediately turned off the air conditioning, understanding that dining in a cold environment is not ideal. The food was delicious and the staff made me feel right at home. Our waiter, Ben, was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed his service. A must-try at Muse is the wood-fired oyster and coconut dessert.
I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. However, for a fine dining establishment, the decor felt more casual than expected, especially the toilets which had a public park bathroom vibe. The prices were quite high for the portion sizes. The standout dishes were the squid and snapper. The coconut dessert was visually stunning, but it became too heavy and sickening after a few bites, even for someone with a sweet tooth like myself.
If you're looking to celebrate a special occasion in style, head to Hunter Valley Muse restaurant. The service is excellent and the food is incredible. You and your taste buds will be 1000% satisfied.
