This has been the best restaurant we've visited in the Hunter Valley. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented, complemented by a highly knowledgeable staff. The entire experience was fantastic, and Koey and Andrea were both exceptional! We highly recommend Circa over Britannia, as we wouldn't categorize the latter as fine dining.
My husband and I eat out a lot and hands down this was the best meal we have ever had...it beats Aria Sydney evengreat staff, gorgeous wines and like I said best ever. I don't eat beetroot but thought I'd be adventurous jumbo quail and beetroot was to die for
We just celebrated our daughter's wedding on the 23/9 and from the time we arrived until the evening ended I was totally impressed with not just the amazing venue but the most wonderful caring and accommodating staff where nothing was an effort. All the staff were incredible and everything was was done promptly, professionally and always with a warm and friendly smile, not to mention the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend that it is a place to visit on your next visit to the Hunter Valley or if planning a future wedding. Many Thanks to all the staff at Circa who looked after us.
A beautiful setting with magnificent food. We had the 5 course chef's menu paired with matching wines at $180 pp. Everything was truly exceptional and memorable, including the amuse bouches, but if the degustation is outside your budget, the Cherry Glazed Duck Breast was the pick of the menu. So impressed by the pairings that we went back the following day to the Peppertree cellar door and bought two of the wines from the dinner.
Greeted by an amazing sight of beauty at the front of house and the amazing old part of the building. The staff greet you with such an amazing friendly manner, you feel instantly at home. The meal was beyond perfection and each course was so beautiful and amazing. Waiter and waitresses are some of the best we have come across and so lovely. The place itself is beyond word so gorgeous. Thank you a beautiful night.
