The food was fresh and delicious, reminiscent of my Polish grandma's cooking. I even enjoyed sampling other traditional dishes that I hadn't tried before. The Polish platter offers a wonderful variety of flavors! I wish they offered cooking classes, but I guess I need to sign up for them! The potato pancakes, pierogi, and kielbasa were all outstanding.
