I bought a cookie for my daughter’s birthday. I told the server that. I had a couple of questions and she mumbled answers. She made NO attempt to make sure the cookie looked right. No help with labels. When I opened the box the icing was a mess. Of course the cookie will taste great. But these millennials that service people are a JOKE. It horrifies them to interact with people that aren’t on their phones. View all feedback.
