At this bustling eatery, customer experiences appear to be a blend of highs and lows. While some patrons enjoyed freshly brewed coffee and tasty everything bagels, others were frustrated by slow service and limited menu options, particularly concerning donuts. The restaurant's cleanliness received mixed reviews, and the small seating area sometimes felt cramped amid the crowds. Despite the challenges, kind staff members worked diligently, especially during peak times. While some diners found their donut selection lacking, others appreciated the creamy frosting and unoverly sweet offerings. Overall, this establishment remains a popular spot, albeit with room for improvement.
The young women assisting me were extremely kind! Despite being very busy on Christmas Eve, there were only two of them. The store was large and clean, but the displays were lacking products. Dunkin has some fun merchandise, but unfortunately they were out of many items.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely rude and incompetent. Despite there being only three customers in the drive-thru on a Sunday morning, they still couldn't get an order right. They tell you to order when ready, but then ignore you when you try to do so. When you ask for clarification, they respond rudely. I had to repeat my order multiple times, only for them to still mess it up. When I tried to go inside to address the issue, the door was locked and despite knocking, they ignored me. The employees seemed more concerned with their appearance, with one wearing a beanie over his headset, making it difficult for him to hear customers. This was not my first negative experience at this location with the same staff.
What a disappointing experience. The kitchen was extremely messy with trash scattered everywhere, and the same goes for the bathroom. It was embarrassing.
The staff are all super helpful and always seem to be in really great moods. They have my sons favorite doughnut (strawberry with sprinkles) and i myself love a good iced coffee with carmel from here. My husband even gets a drink from here and thatssaying something cause he can be picky. The app is wonderful on a busy morning. ???? 10/10 dunkin. You rock!
One of the younger girls at the drive-through window on 11/23/22 with black and bleached hair at the 3:30 shift was very disrespectful and a very unhappy person and in my opinion, should not be working the drive thru dealing with people or at all.After being disrespectful and giving me a new order, since the one previously wasn?t right, it?s was also poorly made
