Was Dawn Martin at Jack's a mag?
Went to have breakfast with my mother and the gentleman behind the counter was the absolute best. Very polite and friendly. They are very fast. Our order was ready before we finished talking. This has got to be one of the best Jack's we've been too. I would definitely recommend. View all feedback.

Grumpy older man gave me issues about the extra ranch i ordered. Did not give it to me in the drive thru so i went inside to get the required amount of ranch my family needs and he produces less than half of what I asked for, i reminded him that I needed 4 cups of ranch not 2 and he got an attitude and proceeded to give me 3 cups instead i said that i need 4 cups and can pay for it if that's what I need to do no prob... Walked in from a long hot day of riding my motorcycle to get some of jack’s delicious ice cream and stood at the counter for 15mins and didn’t get not a hello or greeting from the 4 people that I could see all they did was stand in the back talking/laughing and look back at me there wasn’t no other customer but me inside and outside they completely ignored me and didn’t even ask what I wanted I was standing there with my wallet in hand to show I was ready to order and STILL didn’t get any assistance will never be back at this jacks very unprofessional and in my opinion very lazy employees if I could give a 0 star if I could
Food was decent for a burger spot and customer service was really good.
Food was hot but had a bad taste. Its hit and miss with the food. The staff is nice but one day your fries is hot a burger not or vis-versa.
Had lunch here and noticed dead flies all over the place. It wouldn’t hurt to have someone clean up more often. The tray was sticky when my food arrived, and the tea tasted stale, likely because the tea dispenser hadn’t been cleaned properly.
The service was quite slow, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect, which seems to be a recurring issue. The staff member I interacted with at the drive-thru and at the window continuously tried to sell me brownies for a school fundraiser, even though they weren't part of the menu. All I wanted was two chicken finger kid meals. This must be quite frustrating for the manager, who appears to change every time I visit. This will be my last time coming here; Jasper and Carbon Hill provide far better food and service.
