Wow... super disappointing. My spouse and I have never had a bad shawarma until today. We got 2 sandwiches less than an hour ago, and they were soggy, super cold, and poorly wrapped. We estimate they were on the grill for 1 minute and assumed the employee knew what he was doing, but no. We heated it up at home to try to save it, and it was still soggy.
