Ordered pizza and wings special one day and got food that was sitting out for a long time. Dealt with customer service which was great and offered to send me a gift card. Called in a pick up order and when picking it up they refused to accept the gift card even tho I had the receipt with it that also was addressed from headquarters. Awful location.
