Great service! I ordered ahead and took off at the store. I set the time to pick up, and it's on time. Food is always hot and fresh. Why 4 stars for the food category? The Pommes were too salty. I actually had to shake them off. View all feedback.

I was in five guys on 11/17/22. About 7:00. Something was wrong with the soda machine. So I talked to the person who took our order over them, but he said they were busy to check it. I then spoke to the manager who said her name was nai. She looked in the machine, locked her down and went away rudely. I sat down to finish my meal.
