Great service! I ordered ahead and took off at the store. I set the time to pick up, and it's on time. Food is always hot and fresh. Why 4 stars for the food category? The Pommes were too salty. I actually had to shake them off. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Five Guys:
I was in five guys on 11/17/22. About 7:00. Something was wrong with the soda machine. So I talked to the person who took our order over them, but he said they were busy to check it. I then spoke to the manager who said her name was nai. She looked in the machine, locked her down and went away rudely. I sat down to finish my meal. I thought maybe she'd go by and say it's fixed, but no just went back behind the counte... View all feedback.
Excellent service! I placed my order in advance and picked it up at the store. The timing was perfect, and my food was ready right on time. Everything was hot and fresh. However, I gave it 4 stars for the food because the fries were a bit too salty—I had to shake off some of the salt.
I visited Five Guys on November 17, 2022, around 7:00 PM, and there was an issue with the soda machine. I tried to bring it to the attention of the person who took our order, but he said they were too busy to check it out. I then spoke to the manager, who introduced herself as Nai. She briefly looked at the machine, sighed, and then walked away in a rude manner. I went back to my table to finish my meal, hoping she might return to inform us that the machine was fixed, but instead, she just went back behind the counter. I'm really disappointed with how she handled the situation.
Sorry the burger was so good this what was left when I got ready to do the review. I have to say I have not had 5 Guys in quite some time. But this bacon cheeseburger was out of this world good you could taste the freshness !!!! The restaurant was nice And clean. They social distance the tables is you wanted to eat there. They are very polite and nice. Will defenatley eat here again !
Great service and delicious food! The staff was friendly and attentive to everything. The burgers were the best I've ever had for $5, but unfortunately, they cost $10.
I love Five Guys, but the Odenton site is lame. I didn't get what I ordered, and our food was cold. There are a few people working there that take their sweet time, so it was slow service. It is not an isolated incident; happens a lot. The Greenbelt site is also bad. Other locations I was across the country were great. Crofton was my best experience in MD.
