Great food, great service, great everything. There are a handful of trulli for indoor seating and a table for each one. Do a full tasting menu and wine pairing, and let everything else fall away for a bit.

I wouldn't have the right words to describe the culinary journey that chef Francesco Laera proposed to us. In an extremely elegant environment, maitre Domenico led us by the hand through the dishes created by the chef. The pairing of wines proposed to us was excellent. In my small way they deserve the Michelin star! Thanks and good luck.
