Saw this restaurant mentioned on Gordon Ramsays Uncharted TV series and had to visit when we came to New Orleans from England! The food, service and atmosphere were all great, especially from on the balcony in the sun. We opted for the Caesar Salad, Oyster Pie, Shrimp and Grits and the Mussels all very tasty! Highlights were gumbo and the voodoo child (not the Hendrix song, but a Tequila drink ghost tequila, grapefruit, gran gala, rosemary and lime juice).The snapper was tasty but dry. The ribeye was tasty but had way too much fat and gristle.Our wait staff apologized for being too busy. She did teach my husband the best way to eat the snapper which was very much appreciated.
