Customers appreciate the tasty chicken, crisp fries, and friendly staff who create a welcoming atmosphere. Promotions and app rewards add value, making it a popular choice for quick meals. However, recent reports highlight growing issues: order inaccuracies, missing items, prolonged waits, and distracted employees impacting efficiency. More seriously, there have been alarming concerns about food safety, including a severe case of food poisoning. While loyal patrons still recommend dishes like the Kickin Chicken Sandwich, management needs to address consistency and quality control to restore trust.

This is my favorite chicken spot in the world! The food is incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Plus, the fried mushrooms are back! Honestly, it's even better than when the McRib returns to McDonald's. If you haven't tried it yet, make sure to add an order of fried mushrooms to your meal—you won't regret it!
They handled a large order for 17 people perfectly and everything tasted fantastic. I'm really grateful for the kindness of the staff at this Zaxby's, and I will definitely be back soon! A special shoutout to Trevor, Joeann, and Lavonda!
Great food at reasonable prices. It's a refreshing alternative to typical fast food. However, I was a bit let down by the service. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with a moderate crowd. The condiment station was a bit of a mess and needed cleaning. I also had to ask for ketchup, and when the employee finally brought it, they just set a box of packets on the table and walked off.
Grilled chicken sandwich and fries were terrible. The chicken was so chewy and rubbery that I couldn’t even eat it. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in bad oil. This is the worst zaxbys I have ever been to. The cashier was nice, but that’s the only positive thing going for this store.
If you are a person of color do not work for this place. They are very racist and discriminate against their workers. They don't hold their white employees accountable for their actions at all.
