True to its name, Mad Hatters Restaurant disappoints. One major red flag is that you can't even see inside the cafe. The unwelcoming locals and staff make for a disgusting and sticky environment, not to mention the hoard of flies buzzing around. The atmosphere was so bad that we had to leave. This place is in dire need of a health inspection, and it wouldn't be surprising if it were shut down. View all feedback.
