Despite minor complaints about the skinniness of the meat portions and the thickness of the peanut sauce in the Indian rojak, the food overall received positive feedback. The service was excellent and the authentic Indian Malaysian cuisine was great. The chicken biryani and beef rendang dishes were flavorful and the three rotis were fresh and fluffy.
The food at this restaurant was authentic, generous, and delicious. I especially enjoyed the Banana Leaf Rice, which was packed nicely and served on a banana leaf. My husband really enjoyed the beef rendang. The staff were prompt in responding to my messages and inquiries, showing their commitment to customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again this weekend.
Tried their food a few times and would always go back. Typical Malaysian style of cooking, would definitely recommend!
Honest unbelievable service. Made complaint because food delivered was late, incomplete and poorly packed. I was so surprised that the owner accepted responsibility instead of blaming the delivery man. I was only expecting an apology and replacement or refund of the missing food item. But he went beyond that and personally delivered the same whole order the next day, free of charge. Honest business like D’Lemongrass should be highly commended and supported.
