I had a frying pig with a shaking and sauerkraut, that was good, but not excellent. But my wife had the calf carved with berries and roasted potatoes. Unfortunately, the meat was very hard and almost unusable. We pointed this out to the waitress who reacted that she would advise the boss, but we never heard again.
