I visited Heather while exploring the Gap of Dunloe and was disappointed by the poor customer service. Upon arrival, while waiting to be seated, it was clear the staff barely acknowledged us. Eventually, a woman led us to one of the many empty tables without greeting us or offering any hospitality—no smile or friendly gesture.
