Due to our high demand, if you don’t find the desired time slot available on our booking calendar, it means we are fully booked for that day. To reserve a table for 1 to 8 guests, simply select your preferred time and date using our booking calendar. You can also email us at info@rocpoolrestaurant.com if you have any questions or need assistance with your reservation. To confirm your booking, we require a debit or credit card, as outlined in our cancellation policy. Please be aware that if we do not receive at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or if you fail to show up, a fee of £20 per person will be charged. We kindly ask you to vacate your table after the allotted time but do let us know if you’d like to extend your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have special requirements, such as mobility needs or are visiting with a pram or buggy, please inform us in advance so we can provide you with suitable seating. As a family-run establishment, we rely on the commitment of our guests to honor their bookings. For any cancellations or changes, please call us at 01463 717274. If you’re unable to reach us, particularly on our closed days, feel free to email us. For reservations of 1 to 4 diners, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations, while tables of 5 or more will require 48 hours' notice. Your card details will be held securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We will reach out 24 hours before your reservation to confirm, so please be ready to be seated on time. If you're running late, a quick call will help us hold your table, which we can only keep for 15 minutes without contact. Excellent service and they provide GF options and adapt the menu to suit your dietary requirements As soon as they knew I was GF, they brought out GF rolls and a separate tub of butter to avoid any cross contamination
I have eaten here pre celiac and its very good. I ate here recently and from a celiac point of view was very disappointed. I actually emailed my disappointment to the resteraunt as well but never got a response. Staff didn't seem to know about celiac. Menu not clear and waiter had to offer options. Dessert stlll came with a wafer which when questioned got a confused response and had to explain cc and request a new one.
Deserves a Michelin star, no doubt. Perfectly chosen ingredients that are married together in a culinary piece of art painted on every plate. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Legendary cocktails to make your meal even more memorable. Memorable meal indeed.

The restaurant looks unassuming and doesn’t have a river view, but the food is surprisingly excellent, delicious and thoughtfully presented. The service is also welcoming and helpful. Wish the sourdough is toasted. It’s already so fragrant and malty eaten cold… I was seriously wavering between venison and halibut (as our table already ordered one red meat)— the recommendation? “Venison’s the best on the menu”. — Yes indeed. The venison is tender and aromatic, much more interesting than the sirloin : The creamed parsnips go perfectly well with the haggis. The crisps are unnecessary. It’s nice to try to add some crunchiness to the texture but it’s already soggy because of the cream and/or haggis anyways. One small suggestion: perhaps some toasted nuts would work better here.
