This Pollo has improved dramatically. I mean I've been going back basically all week this week! I would never have said a few months ago. The new manager lily is super sweet and Always greets me in the warmest way. The staff in the afternoon is really on point even when its been busy. If you order the drive thru or delivery, you?ll never the sauces or even the dressings with which the salads should come! not even a napkin! I have a few times too many at this point and even a few others in the area just to see that food is either wrong or incomplete.
