Being a vegetarian traveler in Newfoundland is difficult. Chinese is one method to eat out and actually get something besides a large fries and a hot apple pie. Highlight Restaurant was clean and atmospheric with a courteous staff. The food was served very quickly and was very hot and in large portions.
