Came into this coffee shop (we generally prefer Costa to anyone else) ordered and paid. The coffee was as good as ever but on heading to the toilet which was situated upstairs and no good for disabled people, I couldn't help but notice how dirty everything was from the unwashed floors to the dirty toilets.
