We found New Chapter through a Google recommendation of nice restaurants in the area and were not disappointed! The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We had a three course menu and alcoholic beverages and spend about 110 pounds for two people which I personally find very decent for such high quality food. We came to dinner and we loved it absolutely. eating is delicious, I recomend the scallops and the steak. the steak was cooked to perfection! my friends had the dumbest and they loved it too. the service is a very friendly staff that treats us like a royal treatment. I just loved it. I'm 100% again. many thanks to the team there and well made to the cook.
A lunch for my wife's birthday. aga was professional, friendly and friendly. it is a credit to the place. eating was simply wonderful and the chefs had much annoyed about what was a lunch set menu.
We made it to new chapter last night after we heard great things about the restaurant. young we were happy that we, eating was amazing, I chose the Scotch egg starter, this bore no similarity with the super market picnic food, it was luscious with the egg still soft and surrounded by points of the inherited purée, fresh heaps and pea shoots, I was in the sky. it followed the pork press that I had many paintings this cut, but this was beautifully presented with a slowly boiled pork and baby beet, delicious. the personal was attentive and friendly, the other diners were a real baptism, which meant high deck that conversation was possible. all in all a winner, we will be back
We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant in Edinburgh! The food was delicious, and we loved the atmosphere and service. The portions were generous, so make sure to come hungry! The non-alcoholic cocktails were amazing, especially the Earl Grey one. We highly recommend this place and they also offer gluten-free options. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
We have visited New Chapter around 4-5 times since they opened in 2015, and it continues to impress us every time. This was our first time trying the tasting menu, which we found to be a great deal. Our favorite dishes were the smoked trout and the North Sea Cod!
