I just want to say that I had a ton of falafel at this restaurant. Most falafel can be dry or lacking in flavor, but Cava has the best falafel! The staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients, and they even provide a small allergen pamphlet that lists every dish ingredient and clearly explains what is vegan. Other than the yogurt dressings, meat protein options, and a few feta toppings, the majority of the components, bites, and dips are all vegan. They were also happy to let us try different options as we went down the line. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant as I had an amazing meal and there are plenty of options for me to try something completely different next time!

I have tried many falafel dishes, and most of them tend to be dry or rely on toppings for flavor. However, CAVA's falafel is the best I have ever had! The staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients used, and they even provide a small pamphlet listing all bowl ingredients and indicating what is vegan. With the exception of yogurt dressings, meat options, and a few feta items, most components, sauces, and dips are vegan. The staff also allowed us to sample different options as we went through the line. Overall, I highly recommend CAVA as I enjoyed a delicious meal and still had enough vegan options to try something new next time!
