Despite mixed reviews, P.F. Chang's offers a variety of experiences. While some guests faced frustrations with slow service and cleanliness issues, others enjoyed attentive servers, delicious food, and pleasant atmospheres. The closure of the Dedham location was a disappointment for regulars. In conclusion, despite some hiccups, P.F. Chang's offers both positive and negative experiences for its patrons.
The whole restaurant was dirty. Trash, fruit peeling, emptiness on the whole back on the bar, bearding fishing lemon seeds from drinks, just to fall into the ice cup. Food tastes freezer burned. Later learned to close, explains the terrible everything.
The food is average and the service is satisfactory. It's not exceptional, but not terrible either. I only saw my waitress once after we were seated, ordered, and finished our meal.
Just when I think this experience at PF Chang’s would be different than the prior visits, they continue to disappoint. Seated on time. Server was lost from the beginning. Apology after apology about slowness of the kitchen, which is another issue, and how busy our server was. We sat and watched all of the other servers, and their attentiveness to their tables. Our server was clueless throughout. Kitchen was ridiculously slow. I understand that we are living in different times, but this PF Chang’s location simply continues to be poorly managed. I understand that the volume of takeout and delivery orders is presumably up versus the past, but the kitchen does a very poor job of managing takeoutdelivery and inperson dining. Service continues to underwhelm. Do better
Upon our arrival, we noticed many cars parked outside, but fortunately there were plenty of parking spaces available. Once inside, we were immediately struck by the romantic and exceptionally clean atmosphere of the restaurant. It is truly a top-notch establishment.
The service provided by my server was excellent! She was attentive and everything you could ask for when dining out. However, I was not impressed with the food. The chicken dish was mediocre at best, and the stir fry...
