The portions are very generous and the food is delicious and satisfying. It's convenient for both takeout and delivery (available on Uber Eats).

The staff... read more I have tried many falafel dishes, and most of them tend to be dry or rely on toppings for flavor. However, CAVA's falafel is the best I have ever had! The staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients used, and they even provide a small pamphlet listing all bowl ingredients and indicating what is vegan. With the exception of yogurt dressings, meat options, and a few feta items, most components, sauces, and dips are vegan. The staff also allowed us to sample different options as we went through the line. Overall, I highly recommend CAVA as I enjoyed a delicious meal and still had enough vegan options to try something new next time!
