I have tried many falafel dishes, and most of them tend to be dry or rely on toppings for flavor. However, CAVA's falafel is the best I have ever had! The staff... read more I have tried many falafel dishes, and most of them tend to be dry or rely on toppings for flavor. However, CAVA's falafel is the best I have ever had! The staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients used, and they even provide a small pamphlet listing all bowl ingredients and indicating what is vegan. With the exception of yogurt dressings, meat options, and a few feta items, most components, sauces, and dips are vegan. The staff also allowed us to sample different options as we went through the line. Overall, I highly recommend CAVA as I enjoyed a delicious meal and still had enough vegan options to try something new next time!

Your staff is extremely knowledge... read more Let me just say that I had a LOT of falafel... most can be dry or rely on toppings for flavors, but CAVA has the best falafel! Your staff is extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients, and there is even a small allergen pamphlet that has listed every dish ingredient and clearly explains what vegan is! In addition to yogurt dressings, meat-protein options and a few feta things the great majority of components, sauces and dips are all vegan. They were also pleased that we were able to test options as we went along the line. Overall, would highly recommend as I had an incredible dish of food, and also had enough options left that I could get something completely different next time!
