Feedback
This restaurant is extremely unpleasant. The manager I encountered tonight was terrible. The shrimp was overcooked and blackened from being left in the microwave, making them inedible. The seafood here is definitely not fresh.
We recently dined at this restaurant and found the portion sizes to be small for the price. Additionally, the food was served cold, making it less enjoyable. The etouffee we ordered had a gravy that resembled more of a gumbo and was very runny. We had previously visited this restaurant and had a positive experience, but this time was disappointing. We do not plan on returning.
The food was great but the server Markeisha I believe was her name was terrible. Very rude. Not attentive at all. Would not return as long as she is an employee there.
The food was delicious, but it took a long time for us to receive our meals. The restaurant had a band that played too loudly for such a small space, making it impossible to have a conversation with anyone at our table. If I decide to return, it definitely won't be on a Saturday!
