I had my first experience at a Jim N Nick's last night and it was wonderful! The food was really good but what made the experience so great was our server, Mai-Ling. She was absolutely delightful! She made great small talk with us, has a great sense of humor, and made sure to check on us frequently. She brought refills before our drinks were empty so we never had to ask. Normally, we give J N 5 stars, but they were out of chicken turkey, which left burgers, catfish, and pork..after a very long wait.. I wanted to leave, but we were hungry/long day. Hubby got a loaded potato (very small compared to previous visits), and we settled for burgers. Biscuits were welcome!!! Not their best showing, but our waitress was friendly and attentive.
