The staff here are very friendly, and the frozen custard is quite good. The cute pre-packaged frozen custard is perfect for taking to-go. My sundae and my daughter's treat were both delightful. What User doesn't like about Whit's Frozen Custard:
Awful experience. I called ahead to ensure they had vegan custard in stock. They told me they did. I drove 30 mins one way only to get there and nothing in stock. The employees can’t tell me the accurate flavors available? They weren’t even sorry. For medical reasons, I cant eat dairy and there are not tons of vegan ice cream options so I made the drive but it was nothing but disappointment. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
