Reading the reviews I had set myself up to be disappointed but from moment 1 everything was great. The staff was wonderful, the food was good, the whole resort was clean (I saw staff meticulously cleaning at all hours of the day and night) and the pools were fun for all ages. Our room, the Grizzly Bear suite, thermostat was broken room read 65 degrees at all times so AC would never kick on. We sweat both nights, hotel would not fix, complained 4 times, only offered us to pack up and move to smaller room which we could not because we had baby and needed 2nd room.
