Great Wolf Lodge Water Park Concord

Great place for families of all ages. Well worth every dollar for a vacation here. Pros: Great dining options inside hotel and nearby, excellent customer service by all staff, many water ride options for the whole family, safe environment, no need to carry a wallet as all charges can be made to room, great spacious rooms! Con- none to mention.

Took our 5 year old grandson for a week. We were totally exhausted at the end. They have so much to keep kids of all ages busy and ingauged you need at least two days to do everything. The water park was very clean and very well staffed with lifeguards that were very responsible and professional. The room we stayed in had two queen beds and a double sleeper sofa. The room was very clean and minor maintenance was done daily. The food was OK but cost more than it's worth. There is however plenty of eating options of site very near by, a mile or less. As for other activities there is a miniature golf course, a duck pin bowling alley, an elevated rope corse, a mystical magic game played with wands everywhere inside the hotel. There is an ice cream parlor a pizza parlor, a bar and a buffet breakfast/dinner restaurant.

Reading the reviews I had set myself up to be disappointed but from moment 1 everything was great. The staff was wonderful, the food was good, the whole resort was clean (I saw staff meticulously cleaning at all hours of the day and night) and the pools were fun for all ages. I definitely recommend buying the breakfast buffet ahead of time it was well worth it and really good. We will definitely be back. Kudos to your staff for giving all your guests a wonderful vacation.

Do not recommend at all! Today was my first experience at GWL and it will be my last even though the kids (both 7) had fun but only because they don’t know any better.The floors were grimy and looked like mold in some places, the pool was cloudy and had to be shut down on several occasions because of “accidents” which I will say they did clean them up so kudos for that.The staff was rude and not helpful at all.There was one child maybe 5-6 years old who could not get across the ropes and asked for help on multiple occasions while she looked at him blowing her whistle to move while another person who did not work there had to ask if they could help and jumped in to assist.And let’s not even talk about cost… $70.00 per person (adult and child) for an all day pass, which I did not mind paying at first because I assumed it would be worth the experience.. NOT!!The only positive note I will leave is that the girl at customer service who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful.

Every year for our anniversary on July 17 we take a week vacation.This year my husband decided to go to GWL. I must say this year was the best vacation in the 24 years we have been married. The rooms were huge and spacious. The staff was so kind. Waterpark was amazing. The Hungry Wolf restaurant pizza and wings were amazing. They had so many fun things for the kids to do free events. It is in a perfect location as well. We are already planning another visit.Rooms: Rooms were extremely spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping dies an amazing job cleaning the rooms.
