My $70 NY strip was hardly edible!! Not a first time there experience. Like chewing on a piece of leather. I’ve had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse on a bad day. I don’t send food back due to the horror stories you read about that can happen to returned food. A $70 steak should not have to be sent back to begin with. My wife’s filet was very good.
