Flaco's Tacos - Chicago

What Drew D likes about Flaco's Tacos:
The food here is fantastic and surprisingly healthy for a steak burrito. It's much less greasy than most tacos and burritos, making it quite filling without being heavy. However, I think the salsa could use some improvement; it just lacks flavor. I tried both the red and green salsas and probably added too much. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5. The service was decent, but the food fell short. It's a bit disappointing, but that's just how it is. The steak bowl lacked any standout flavors; everything tasted bland and one-dimensional.
