The Waldorf Astoria's breakfast buffet at Oscar's is a delightful experience, with exceptional food and attentive service making it worth the high price tag. Oriole, a top-tier restaurant, offers an incredible dining experience with delicious and original food, impeccable service, and a fantastic atmosphere. From a revamped space to exquisite new dishes, diners can expect an unforgettable evening filled with explosive flavors and top-notch wine pairings. With accommodating staff and a focus on making guests feel at home, Oriole is a must-visit culinary destination for foodies looking for an exceptional dining experience.

Oriole remains our #1 restaurant in Chicago, though several other are only small notches behind and we haven't tried Ever yet. The food that Chef Sandoval and his team creates is sublime—amazing layers of aroma, flavor, and texture that never fight, but create beautiful melodies and harmonies. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and a joy to have around. The new, post-lockdown menu is as good, perhaps better, than any from before. Sadly, the capacity is greatly restricted by current health and safety requirements, but they will eventually be back to full capacity and more people can enjoy this great restaurant.
We visited Oriole on the final night of indoor dining in Chicago. Throughout the night, it was evident that the staff put in a tremendous amount of effort into their work. The service and food were outstanding, and it was apparent that everyone working there was dedicated to ensuring a successful dining experience. Despite the upcoming long winter, I am eagerly looking forward to returning when circumstances improve. Truly an amazing experience.
The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. However, it fell just short of being worth the price.
