I had a wonderful experience despite a delayed flight. Renee took great care of us and checked in frequently to ensure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing, particularly the salmon and jasmine rice dishes, and the chicken Jerusalem. This was some of the best airport food I have ever had. The sign at the restaurant indicated that AMEX Platinum cardholders have free access. However, they failed to mention that it is not the Delta SkyMiles AMEX Platinum card, causing confusion.
