I had a wonderful experience despite a delayed flight. Renee took great care of us and checked in frequently to ensure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing, particularly the salmon and jasmine rice dishes, and the chicken Jerusalem. This was some of the best airport food I have ever had. I will definitely be returning on my next flight out of B Congress. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Escape Lounge:
The sign at the restaurant indicated that AMEX Platinum cardholders have free access. However, they failed to mention that it is not the Delta SkyMiles AMEX Platinum card, causing confusion. When I questioned this, the staff rudely dismissed me, leading me to walk out. I have been a loyal Delta Platinum cardholder for many years and was never informed of this distinction. It’s fine if you’re already in this area but I wouldn’t bother walking over there. There’s a small drink and snack type menu, very little offered compared to the Centurion lounges. You’ll still need to buy additional food and drinks if you have a long layover lol

It was excellent. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we ended up spending a few hours at the airport. The lounge was not very crowded and the manager, Jabaxi, not only took care of us but also checked us in, prepared our lunch, and served us drinks. He was a delight and greatly improved our experience! Highly recommended.
