The vegetables were well-seasoned and cooked to a tender consistency, which I appreciated. I loved the salmon cut—it was thick and crispy in all the right spots. My friends had the classic fettuccini Alfredo and sushi for their mains, and they enjoyed their meals as well. The service was top-notch, with the waitress going above and beyond to make my dinner feel special. Since I couldn’t have anything dairy for dessert, she informed us about the dairy content in the available options but then returned with a cup of whipped cream (a "puppuccino," if you know, you know) complete with a candle! Even though I couldn’t eat it, she wanted my friends to still sing happy birthday to me, and I thought that was such a sweet gesture. This is the kind of service I expect at all kosher dairy restaurants now. I really hope my friends tipped her well because, after all, the birthday girl never pays! They offer a wide-ranging menu that includes fish, pizza, and brunch items such as eggs and shakshuka. The food is quite impressive—one of the best dairy restaurants I’ve experienced. The service is excellent as well. It’s not far from the Avenue M subway station, but finding street parking can be quite challenging. Overall, it’s a great casual dining spot, and I’m looking forward to returning soon.
