I had the worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we waited 20 minutes just to be seated. We had to hunt down a server just to get a glass of water after being passed around by five confused staff members. I ordered a cocktail that didn’t arrive until we were literally paying the bill. The burgers we received seemed to be frozen but somehow ended up burnt. Since it was my birthday, I had noted that in the reservation, and they brought me a piece of cake during our meal, only to take it back later. Overall, we received no service, endured bad food, and went without water or drinks, which completely ruined my birthday celebration.
The service was very slow. it was a short staff. a order did not come out correctly (no worries and worries came). empty drinks sit for a bit before after filling. dirty dishes have never been deleted. Maybe it was a night, but not back soon.
During our visit in December, we were one of only two couples at the restaurant. The food was straightforward and fresh, and the service was warm and friendly.
