We have had Nando's many years ago in UK and were not impressed with the quality of the chicken, so when MacDonald's was clearly full - as it was half term, we decided to give our new local Nando's a try. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Ignoring a line of customers. More interested in the phone and take sways. There's never enough bottles of sauce e.g. One medium for the whole restaurant and you have to circulate and find it yourself.
