We have had Nando's many years ago in UK and were not impressed with the quality of the chicken, so when MacDonald's was clearly full - as it was half term, we decided to give our new local Nando's a try. We were both happy with our choices, I had the chicken humus burger as it was listed as milk free in their allergy book - good for Nando's to have an allergy chart available. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Ignoring a line of customers. More interested in the phone and take sways. There's never enough bottles of sauce e.g. One medium for the whole restaurant and you have to circulate and find it yourself. One time I was given packets, next time told they have never had packets stocked. Which is indeed a lie. It's so disappointing because we love nandos but we won't give here... View all feedback.
