Nando's - BALDIVIS

We had a wonderful experience with our family takeout meal. It received high marks from all of us. A special thank you to the woman who provided excellent customer service when I picked up my order. Her friendly demeanor made a big difference.

I visited Nando's Baldivis for lunch yesterday and received excellent service along with delicious food. Despite it being a cold day, I was disappointed to learn that they did not serve hot drinks. However, the manager went above and beyond by sending a staff member to get takeaway coffees for my husband and me from a nearby McDonald's. This act of exceptional service made our experience even more enjoyable.

Please offer delivery service to residences. Please provide delivery to homes. Please consider offering home delivery.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. Ignoring a line of customers. More interested in the phone and take sways. There's never enough bottles of sauce e.g. One medium for the whole restaurant and you have to circulate and find it yourself. One time I was given packets, next time told they have never had packets stocked. Which is indeed a lie. It's so disappointing because we love nandos but we won't give here another go unless there's major change with customer service. And they never cook the garlic bread enough. It's pretty raw and pale.

Standing ten people deep in the line waiting to order food I could see the girl behind the counter on the phone taking orders rather than serving the customers in front of her!! Places our orders to find I felt like I was in remote Africa when the young lady told me they had no water at all. To top off the eventful dining experience I found a March fly in my pitta which the management soon threw their invisible cloak over my plate and returned seconds later with a new plate!To anyone thinking about eating here don't,very poor service and questionable hygiene
