Submitted online order ar 4:49 pm for pick up at 6:30. I arrive at 6:33. Pizza not ready. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Turned out to be 20 minutes. During whole wait associates were overwhelmed and deer in the headlights look. Didn't know what orders were where and told customers that they didn't know what was going on with their orders.
