What David J doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Submitted online order ar 4:49 pm for pick up at 6:30. I arrive at 6:33. Pizza not ready. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Turned out to be 20 minutes. During whole wait associates were overwhelmed and deer in the headlights look. Didn't know what orders were where and told customers that they didn't know what was going on with their orders. Saw one associate answer the phone, place and order, then go and cut a pizza... View all feedback. What User likes about Pizza Hut:
Always good service. She always greets you with a smile on her face. They make the food right when they mess, they are happy to fix it. Food is always good, sometimes get You are an excellent employee who is willing to go the extra mile to give you something extra free! I can honestly say I love this place the people who work there. Good service, not enough dipping sauce. Pizza hut should stop being so cheap and give at least enough dipping sauce for the food you get.
