Always good service. She always greets you with a smile on her face. They make the food right when they mess, they are happy to fix it. Food is always good, sometimes get You are an excellent employee who is willing to go the extra mile to give you something extra free! I can honestly say I love this place the people who work there. What David J doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Submitted online order ar 4:49 pm for pick up at 6:30. I arrive at 6:33. Pizza not ready. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Turned out to be 20 minutes. During whole wait associates were overwhelmed and deer in the headlights look. Didn't know what orders were where and told customers that they didn't know what was going on with their orders. Just curious what your delivery radius is? Only 2.1 miles from your location, per Google, went online and according to the app and website you can deliver to us but when asking an associate for a delivery order we were told you don't deliver to our location? Glad we ordered Barios tonight, at least they know where they can deliver. Not mad, not upset, I'm sure we'll order Pizza Hut in the future but it probably won't be delivery either
Menu is reduced to the size of a large post card. And no prices on the menu either. Then only to find out that the medium sausage and mushroom pizza we ordered was $19.49 before taxes. A bit pricey I believe,.
Disgusting customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery through PIZZA HUT (not door dash) however door dash delivers my pizza because I guess pizza hut uses them. Fine by me that's their deal. However when my pizza arrives driver tells me he doesn't have change so I am charged $40 for an order that was only $21. I call the pizza hut hoping they would make this right and they tell me that there is nothing they can do for me and I need to call door dash even though I'm not the one who used door dash. They new I was paying cash and never said you need to have exact amount or anything like that so why should I have to pay double the original amount.
It was great. The food was very good. The service was other standing. Only thing better was is there was a buffet. I wish we still had our back home in Iowa.
Good service, not enough dipping sauce. Pizza hut should stop being so cheap and give at least enough dipping sauce for the food you get.
