Always good service. She always greets you with a smile on her face. They make the food right when they mess, they are happy to fix it. What David J doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Submitted online order ar 4:49 pm for pick up at 6:30. I arrive at 6:33. Pizza not ready. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Turned out to be 20 minutes. During whole wait associates were overwhelmed and deer in the headlights look. Didn't know what orders were where and told customers that they didn't know what was going on with their orders. I was just wondering about your delivery radius. According to Google, it's only 2.1 miles from your location. When I checked your app and website, it said you could deliver to us, but when I inquired with an employee about placing a delivery order, I was told you don't deliver to our address. We ended up ordering from Barios tonight, and they definitely know where they can deliver. I'm not upset or angry; I'm sure we'll order from Pizza Hut again in the future, but it probably won't be for delivery.
I called Pizza Hut hoping they could help resolve the issue, but they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact DoorDash – even though I hadn’t placed the order through them. They were aware I was paying cash but never mentioned that I needed to have the exact amount. I shouldn’t have to pay more than the original price because of this confusion.
It was great. The food was very good. The service was other standing. Only thing better was is there was a buffet. I wish we still had our back home in Iowa.
Good service, not enough dipping sauce. Pizza hut should stop being so cheap and give at least enough dipping sauce for the food you get.
This sit in and take out pizza hut is so nostalgic from when I was a kid it had the vintage lamps under the both tables. I was so happy that I found one like this because I was able to take my kids to it and made memories with them and it brought me back from when I was a kid. The pizza was so good made it fresh and pretty fast service for it being a take out and a dine in. You best believe I will be back and bring my kids to it to create more memories for my kids.
